Coffee Talk

They had not been in contact for years but then suddenly, by happy chance, they were again. They lived on different sides of the world now. There was so much to catch up on.
After a while in one of her notes she wrote “I spend a lot of time talking to you, by the way. I also spend a lot of time talking to my coffee. You seem to spend a lot of time in my coffee.” He smiled when he read that. She had always been so good with words.
